Abstract: The following text is a Speech delivered at the Dutch Arbitration Days, held in October, 5, 2016, where the parties’ expectations in the different kinds of dispute submitted to arbitration – such as investment, sports or commercial issues - were addressed, followed by the analyses of the practical solutions for the efficient conduction of the procedures.
